ILO 326th Governing Body

In March 2016, a team of students and academics from the Faculty of Social Sciences travelled to Geneva to work as Global Policy Analysts at the International Labour Organisation (ILO)’s  326th Governing Body.

Professor Jason Heyes, Dr Thomas Hastings and students Mitali Sen, Monisha Khanna, Asatu Getaweh, Sam Ralph, Winona Shaw and Isaac Stovell, joined delegates from the ILO to observe the Governing Body session.

The group spent fours days immersed in and observing the 326th Governing Body Session at the ILO headquarters in Geneva

The students were required to write reflective blogs, as well as, a policy brief on topics discussed at the Governing Body Session.
